Who are we?
Stuart Dunn has developed an impressive reputation covering the Shropshire sporting scene for more than 25 years.
As a writer and broadcaster, he has worked extensively for local and national media, reporting on a host of sports from grassroots level to prestigious occasions at Wembley, Lord’s and the Millennium Stadium.
Known as the voice of Shrewsbury Town for his insightful BBC Radio Shropshire commentaries, Stuart was the long-serving sports writer for the Shrewsbury Chronicle, his home town paper.
He also regularly works for national newspapers and the Press Association.
A frequent contributor to magazines and websites, Stuart co-produced and narrated the popular Meadow Memories DVD, detailing the history of Shrewsbury Town FC, and has also acted as compere at a number of events, including with cricketers Sir Garfield Sobers and Graham Thorpe.
Equally at home covering junior sport, a golfer’s first hole in one, generating publicity on your behalf, or interviewing big names like Kenny Dalglish, Graham Gooch, Didier Drogba, Judy Murray, Arsene Wenger and Gianfranco Zola, versatility is key.
What we do
We offer creative PR to promote your organisation and boast a wealth of contacts to ensure your voice is heard, both locally and further afield.
We can act as a press officer at your event, telling everyone about it before, during and after, fielding questions on your behalf and making sure everything runs smoothly.
We offer a wide range of copywriting skills designed to give your organisation maximum exposure and that all important professional touch. Let us provide the copy for your sporting programmes, magazines, websites and press releases.
Holding an awards night or perhaps a sportsman’s dinner? Then we can act as compere to bring a professional touch to proceedings.
Need a voice on corporate video or need a voice for your broadcast? Look no further.
How we do it
Contacts are everything and after so many years in journalism, we have a bulging contacts book.
We know just what the media – print, online and radio – is looking for and it’s our job to identify the best angle to generate maximum exposure and give you the voice you want.
We pride ourselves on a thorough, professional approach and settle for nothing but the best.
“Having known Stuart for a number of years through my footballing career, I was aware of his good nature and professional approach to his work.
Having also been fortunate enough to work with him in my capacity at Crossbar Coaching Education in Sport, I now appreciate how this approach produces fantastic results to a very high and satisfying standard which can only be produced through being so thorough and meticulous.”
